By using Codex, you agree to the following terms:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Codex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the plugin.

2. Service Description

Codex converts Figma designs into code using large language models (LLMs). Users must sign up via GitHub OAuth, and relevant repository data is used to generate code.

3. User Accounts

• Users must sign up via GitHub OAuth.
• We store your email and some GitHub-related data.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Data Usage

• Codex stores repository names, files, and content necessary for code generation.
• When generating code, relevant data is sent to our LLM provider, Anthropic.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Codex operates on a subscription basis via Lemon Squeezy.
• Payments are billed monthly.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must not use Codex for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• You must have the rights to any repository content used within Codex.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Codex is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or security of any generated code.
• We are not responsible for any issues, damages, or legal consequences arising from the use of generated code.
• You acknowledge that any code generated by Codex must be reviewed and tested before use in production.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, financial losses, or other damages resulting from the use of Codex.

8. Data Deletion

Users may request account and data deletion by emailing [email protected].

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Codex after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
